Not at all. Most couples reach out 9–18 months before their wedding, especially for popular spring and fall dates. This gives us plenty of time to plan the beauty details together — from skincare and hair prep to inspiration and overall vision — so everything looks and feels effortless on your wedding day.

Makeup artists can typically complete up to 4 services, while hairstylists usually complete 5–6 services during a standard wedding morning timeline. If your crew is larger or your timeline is tight, we simply bring in more artists so no one is rushing and everyone gets their moment in the chair.

Absolutely. We’ve intentionally created select packages designed for very small and intimate weddings, or for couples who simply want to enjoy getting ready on their own without the bustle of a full wedding party. If that sounds like your vibe, we’d love to help you get ready for your day

Not usually. If you’re booking six months to a year in advance, you’ll typically have some wiggle room while finalizing who wants services. If your wedding is closer to the date, we may need final numbers sooner so we can properly schedule your beauty team.

Not exactly — and there’s a good reason for that. Veronica personally leads every coffee date and knows her team’s strengths inside and out, so she carefully pairs each couple with the artist who best matches their vision and getting-ready vibe. You’ll meet your assigned artist about six months before the wedding, right when we start diving into inspiration and beauty prep.

Yes, we do take a limited number of destination weddings each year. Because travel, timelines, and logistics can vary quite a bit, destination celebrations are quoted a little differently. The best way to explore this option is during a coffee date so we can talk through all the details together.
