For The Crew
What to Expect:
Fees & Essential Info
travel-$50 per hour
travel fee covers bringing our team directly to your event. We include local travel within 50 miles of York, PA. Beyond this, there is an additional charge from the Vero Leigh Studio. For destination weddings, customized travel arrangements and fees apply to ensure we arrive promptly and prepared.
assistant-$150 per artist
assistant fee is applied for each additional artist required to ensure all services are completed efficiently and on time. This helps us maintain our high standard of quality while accommodating larger groups, ensuring every client is fully prepared and relaxed on schedule.
early start- starting at $100
early start fee applies for weddings requiring our team to begin before the typical arrival time of 8 AM. This fee ensures we can accommodate your schedule while still delivering the same high-quality service and attention to detail, no matter how early the day begins.
holiday-$150 per artist
applied for weddings or events taking place on a federal holiday. This ensures our team can still provide top-tier service while accommodating special scheduling during these important dates.
exclusive arrangement-$250 per artist
applies when special circumstances, such as venue entry restrictions, early photography timelines, or any other unforeseen requirements, require additional artists to meet your schedule. While these situations are not typical for our usual staffing needs, this fee ensures we can accommodate your unique requests while balancing our commitments to other clients, providing the flexibility needed for any unexpected arrangements.
kit relocation-$100
fee is applied when an artist is required to pack up and move their kit to a different room or location during the event. This ensures smooth transitions without interrupting the flow of services while accommodating changes in venue logistics.

Morning Prep
We’ve got your back when it comes to making sure your clients look amazing without any added stress. Our artists take about an hour per person to create that perfect, long-lasting look. To keep things running smoothly, we assign one artist for every 4-5 makeup services, so everything stays on track without rushing. With our team handling the glam, the wedding morning will feel easy, fun, and totally relaxed, setting the perfect vibe for the day ahead!
